How To Order
Experience the ease of our 3-step streamlined ordering process with a swift solution for building your personalised cake. Tailored to complement your special event, our cakes are meticulously crafted with customisation in mind! Each design offers a range of decorative elements that can be selected to infuse your cake with a personal touch. Moreover, our signature flavours, featuring our delectable sponge, are available in Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, or Vegan too!
Step 1: Choose your cake
Select the cake design perfect for your event from either our wedding or celebration collections. You are now ready to customise your cake!
Customisation choices are presented for each design in easy-to-use drop-down lists. Simply select from the number of tiers, flavours and dietary needs.
Depending on the design of cake, you will be offered a choice of tiers from 1, 2, 3, or 4. Typically our standard wedding cakes are 3 tiers, and our celebration cakes single tier however, you will be guided through available options depending on the design you have chosen. For help in deciding on the right size of cake for the number of guests, please refer to our helpful Portion Guide.
When you have chosen the size of your cake you can move on to selecting from our delicious flavours and fillings. Choose your favourite flavour for the whole cake, or for cakes with more than one tier, mix and match!
Please note that although it is possible to mix and match tiers with different dietary needs, due to possible cross contamination of potential allergens, we would recommend that you select only one choice from our standard, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free or Vegan options. Step 2: Select your decorative elements
Using the options offered in the drop-down list for the cake that you have selected, choose to keep the colours and decorative elements as standard or personalise to suit your occasion.
Depending on the cake that you have chosen, you may be offered options to customise the colour of flowers and icing, metallic or other decoration, and in the case of our gender reveal cake, Moon Baby, it is also possible to choose a colour of buttercream filling.
When you have selected your preferred options from those offered, you will be ready to complete your order!
Step 3: Confirm your order
When you are happy with all your options, hit the ‘Add to basket’ button. Your choices will be shown, and the total cost of your cake displayed in the basket.
Choose how you prefer to receive your cake – either collection from our kitchen, or by our personal delivery service – and click onto ‘Proceed to checkout’ to add your contact, delivery or collection details and billing information. To proceed to payment, we also require your event date which should ideally be a minimum of three weeks from order.
Using our secure payment enter your card details to complete your order!
When you have successfully completed these steps, your order will be reviewed by our admin team who contact you via email within 72 hours to confirm that your order has been received and will be successfully processed.
