Allergens & Ingredients
We look forward to baking your cake using the finest and freshest of ingredients. As our kitchen handles many varities of cakes and other bakery goods, we cannot explicitly guarantee products free of allergens. Having said this, we do supply for cakes which require special dietary requirements. If this is the case, you can indicate this when customising your cake, under the “Dietary” tab (can be customised per tier).
Allergens Handled In Our Kitchen
- Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats.
- Eggs.
- Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland).
Note: traces may be present in non-nut products. - Peanuts.

- Lupin, which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread & pastries.
- Chocolate & derivatives from cocoa.
- Alcohol in fruit cakes (if supplied).
- Soy (including Soy Lecithin) in chocolate preparations.
We respectfully cannot bake for severe allergy sufferers, such as anaphylactic reaction to nuts. If you need to note any important allergies, you can do so by adding extra details to your order at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact us.
